The Sumiko Moonstone builds its forgiving, easygoing voice around natural midrange warmth. Vocals sit relaxed and full-bodied, dynamics carry decent punch without turning aggressive, and the elliptical tip keeps things smooth rather than forensic, with modest detail and tracking precision. Rock, pop and vocal jazz on budget to mid tables suit it more than dense complex mixes. The stylus is user-replaceable when worn.
