Additional Info

The Pickering TL-3 pairs an easygoing, non-fatiguing top end with relaxed handling of surface imperfections, so vocals sound warm and grain-free rather than analytical. Detail and imaging hold solid without turning clinical, and the Line Contact tip tracks nuance well while staying gentle on groove walls. Jazz, vocal records and less-than-pristine pressings on modest to mid systems suit it fine. The stylus is replaceable, and an adapter mounts it to half-inch tonearms.
