Denon DL-103

The Denon DL-103 has long served as an audiophile reference among classic MC cartridges. Its low 0.3 mV output calls for a dedicated MC phono input or a step up transformer. The conical stylus tracks between 2.3 and 2.7 g with 2.5 g quoted as nominal. The factory stylus goes by DL-103 Stylus, and a worn tip means retipping the cartridge.
