ADC ASTRION (Blue Box)
The ADC ASTRION (Blue Box) works as an induced magnet MI pickup and sits in the High End part of the brand lineup. Its 4.5 mV output drives any standard MM phono input directly, so no step up transformer is required. The replaceable stylus assembly is named RSA and carries a Fine Line diamond profile. Rated tracking force runs from 1.0 to 1.4 g with 1.2 g nominal.

Additional Info
The ADC Astrion, known as the Blue Box, is a refined, articulate MI design with Orbital-Pivot construction. Its Fine Line profile and strong tracking control deliver a clean, natural presentation where vocals sound remarkably true and imaging stays precise without being clinical. The sapphire cantilever adds a slightly relaxed, forgiving top end that flatters acoustic and vocal material. The replacement stylus carries the RSA designation, so wear stays manageable.
